Business Acquisitions

A steady hand for business transitions.

Anchor Financial Partner acquires established, profitable businesses from owners ready for their next chapter — and carries them forward with the same care that built them.

For Owners

Considering a sale, retirement, or exit — with continuity for your team and customers.

For Partners

Brokers, advisors, and intermediaries with businesses in the market.

Discretion

Every conversation is confidential, at your pace, with no obligation.

Built on an operator's discipline.

Anchor Financial Partner was founded on a simple belief: the best businesses to own are the ones already proven to work — built by an owner over years, with real customers, real cash flow, and real staff who show up every day. Our job is to evaluate them honestly, structure a fair deal, and take the stewardship seriously once the keys change hands. We're not interested in stripping value or moving fast for its own sake — we're interested in businesses we can hold, operate responsibly, and grow.

Nitin Saxena

Chief Executive

35+ years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, most recently serving as CEO and General Manager across a string of leadership roles. Over a career spent building teams, opening markets, and steering companies through growth and change, he has developed a sharp instinct for what makes a business genuinely sound — and the judgment to back it.

He leads Anchor's relationships with owners and brings a lifetime of commercial leadership to every deal the firm considers.

Kartik Rana

Managing Partner & COO

10+ years of operations management experience spanning maritime, manufacturing, facilities management, and large-scale multi-site operations — built across senior roles leading teams and driving performance in complex, high-throughput environments.

That operational discipline — rigorous evaluation, hands-on due diligence, and a bias for durable systems over quick fixes — is what he brings to acquiring and growing established businesses.

Beyond our leadership, Anchor draws on a wider team with backgrounds in technology and engineering, finance, supply chain, and marketing — bringing the full range of expertise needed to evaluate, acquire, and grow a business well.

What we look for.

01

Established & profitable

Businesses with a proven track record, stable cash flow, and at least a few years of consistent financials.

02

Distressed & turnaround

Fundamentally sound businesses facing short-term financial or operational difficulty, where the right ownership and capital can restore stability.

03

Owner-led, ready to transition

Often an owner approaching retirement or ready for their next chapter, seeking a buyer who will look after what they built.

04

Manufacturing & service-led

Our primary focus is manufacturing and service businesses, evaluated case by case rather than against a rigid formula.

This list reflects where we most often find the right fit — not a limit on what we'll consider. If your business is established and well-run, we want to hear about it regardless of sector.

Funding certainty, from the first conversation.

Sellers deserve a buyer who can actually close. Before we open a conversation with you, we've already done the work of making sure capital is in place — so a signed offer is a real offer, not the start of a financing scramble.

We structure each acquisition from a mix of sources suited to the deal, drawing on principal capital, co-investment relationships, and lending partners we've already built relationships with — not scrambling to arrange financing after terms are agreed.

Principal & co-investment capital

Equity committed by Anchor's principals and a network of aligned co-investors.

Senior & asset-based lending

Relationships with banks and specialty lenders for acquisition and working-capital debt.

Seller financing & earn-outs

Structured where appropriate to align incentives and bridge valuation expectations.

Pre-arranged readiness

Financing structured in advance so timelines are driven by diligence, not fundraising.

How a conversation with us unfolds.

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

A confidential, no-obligation call to understand your business and what you're hoping for from a transition.

  2. 02

    Evaluation

We review the financials and operations closely, asking the questions a serious, long-term buyer should ask.

  3. 03

    Offer & structure

A fair, clearly explained offer with terms structured around what works for you, not just for us.

  4. 04

    Transition

A handover plan built around continuity — for your staff, your customers, and the way the business runs day to day.
